Experienced parents will tell their "sleep stories," then we'll have a discussion covering how much sleep babies need, how to deal with a lack of sleep, nap and bedtime schedules and routines, co-sleeping, night waking, and anything else you need to talk about!

La Leche League helps mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. In Athens, La Leche League meets every second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. and every fourth Friday of the month at 9:30 a.m. Meeting are at the Athens Public Library and are open to all women interested in breastfeeding.
